Boulder Office
Located at 1910 7th Street, in the heart of downtown Boulder between Pearl and Walnut Street, my office is a quiet, private space where you can feel safe being honest about what you're struggling with, and begin exploring a way through it. Free street parking is available in front of my building, so getting here is one less thing to think about.
I work with couples, families, including teens. I also work with individuals struggling with trauma and anxiety:
Couples. Using Imago Relationship Therapy, I help partners move out of the cycle of conflict and disconnection and back into real understanding — the kind that rebuilds trust and closeness over time.
Families and teens. I work with families navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, or a difficult season together, including teens who are struggling and need a space of their own to be heard.
Anxiety and trauma. Using Brainspotting, I work with individuals carrying the weight of past experiences or ongoing anxiety, helping the nervous system process and release what talk alone often can't reach.
Whether you're coming in with a partner or on your own, the goal is the same: real progress, at a pace that respects where you are right now.
I offer both in-person sessions here in Boulder and online sessions for those who'd rather meet virtually.
